Welcome to our webpage of “Planning, Engineering and Architectural Study for Topside Development at Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities Island of Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macao Bridge — Feasibility Study” (the Study). In January 2015, the Civil Engineering and Development Department and the Planning Department commissioned the Study. The overall objective of the Study is to explore the optimum utilisation of land at the HKBCF Island for topside and underground development for commercial and other economic land uses. It will recommend an overall development concept, formulate the appropriate development parameters, and recommend the market positioning and implementation strategy.
